Allen Lake State Forest (Allegany Reforestation Area #23) is located in the Towns of Allen and Caneadea in Allegany County. Allen Lake State Forest covers a total of 2,421 acres. Camping, hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, geo-caching. The floating pier at Allen Lake is accessible to persons with disabilities for fishing. There is an accessible, concrete approach and a floating T-dock.
