Campton is one of the largest preserves in the system. The preserve stretches 1.25 miles from Town Hall Road to La Fox Road. This feature has become significant because of the uses that have evolved. The length has allowed snowmobiling and horseback riding to reach their potential. Then activities can disperse about the preserve for user enjoyment. Some of the most beautiful vistas in the county are found across Campton.
