The lake is a large natural body of water formed in a glacial deposit high on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range. This 4,000-acre lake offers angling opportunities for kokanee salmon, rainbow trout, brown trout, and mountain whitefish. Fishing season runs from late April through October.
