PARK FACILITIES: – 40-acre park – picnic shelter (seating for 70 people) – parking lot (closest parking space within 100 feet) – charcoal barbeque grills close to shelter – flush toilet restroom open during summer, portable toilet available during winter, (450 feet from shelter) – large playground (adjacent to shelter) – Del Mar outdoor swimming pool – Aurora Senior Center – 2 softball fields – 6 soccer fields – 4 tennis courts (750 Feet from shelter) – 2 basketball courts (750 Feet from shelter) – 2 horseshoe courts (behind Senior Center, 1,000 feet from shelter) – Del Mar is a large park with lots to do. The shelter is a good place for a larger party where people are going to come and go to the many recreational opportunities. Shelter is close to parking but farther from restroom.
