Wildlife: Waterfowl are present from September- March. See hundreds of thousands of ducks and geese from November-January. Many other birds mammals and can be seen year-round. Habitat: 5,797 acres, including seasonal marsh, permanent ponds, and uplands. Recreation: Enjoy wildlife observation and photography from the perimeter county roads. Waterfowl and pheasant hunting is permitted seasonally.
