Hudson River Park is a 550-acre riverside park and estuarine sanctuary located on the west side of Manhattan between Battery Place and W.59th Street. Park Operation – The park is operated by the Hudson River Park Trust, a unique city-state entity created by State legislation. The Hudson River Park Trust is managed by a Board of Directors, with members appointed by the Governor, Mayor and Manhattan Borough President. The Trust is also a registered 501 (3) organization.
