Mass Audubon’s Nashoba Brook Wildlife Sanctuary
Westford, MA 01886
Audubon Center: Birding, Hike, Picnic, Walk
This mostly wooded sanctuary consists of two separate parcels that are contiguous to a larger complex of preserved land owned by the Westford Conservation Trust and the town of Westford. Mass Audubon’s 43-acre Concord Road section features a short trail that loops through pine-oak and wetland habitat and past Vine Brook, a bog, and a pond. On the second Nashoba Brook parcel, a more extensive recreational trail meanders among fields and forest and along Nonset Brook.
