There’s always something new at the Waterloo Center for the Arts’ Phelps Youth Pavilion. In addition to permanent interactive exhibits in the R.J. McElroy Junior Galleries I and II, Junior Gallery III will feature changing exhibitions throughout the year. These rotating exhibits will feature a variety of art forms from artists across the nation, all offering unique opportunities for visitors to be actively engaged while experiencing and creating art.
