About 65 miles south and east of Elko, or 90 miles north and west of Ely. Some roads are inaccessible in winter. Write for map. PRIMARY WILDLIFE An important nesting area for redheads and canvasbacks. A nesting colony of 200 pairs of white-faced ibis. Trumpeter swans, Canada geese, ducks, sandhill cranes, shorebirds, and sage grouse. Fish include largemouth black bass, brown trout, rainbow trout, and brook trout.
