The largest intact stand of coastal temperate rainforest of Sitka Spruce and Western Hemlock in the lower 48 states. Home to the federally listed Marbled Murrelet and Northern Spotted Owl, plus other species like the Roosevelt Elk, Black-tailed Deer, Cougar, Black Bear, Bald Eagle and other birds of prey.
