A place to explore, learn and enjoy the splendors of nature! Exhibits: Touch tables with pelts, antlers, replica tracks & scat, minerals, seeds, & bones, reading nook, live animals including turtles, snake, spider, salamander and fish, mounted animal displays including a black bear, beaver, goose, and albino raccoon. Outside Features: Over 1 mile of hiking trails, playground, 9 hole disc golf course, wildflower gardens, and fitness station. Ponds at the park also have bass, bluegill and crappie which is open for fishing year round, catch and release only. The Willowhaven Park & Nature Center is open to the public Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-4pm and select weekends. Programs, group visits and rentals are available year round.
