The property was purchased with the help of a Florida Communities Trust grant. The Grant Award Agreement (GAA) requires kiosks, signage, picnic pavilions, a nature trail, a dirt bike trail, and a fitness trail. The GAA also requires the restoration of 120 acres of uplands and 11 acres of wetlands on the sit
